  • Serve liturgically weekly at this resource-sized church at the Sunday early service (Rite 2), the family service (Rite 2), the traditional service with choir (Rite 1), and the experimental Compline and Communion service. Preached each semester, including in the children's chapel.
  • Co-created with the rector, The Rev'd Dr. James B. Lemler, "Episcopal 101" -- an "in-reach" marketing effort to all church members who joined CCG in the last three years and who came from another Christian denomination. Answered questions of new members and helped them feel more at home in their new church community. Very successful and to be implemented again.
  • During the first year, created and led a semester-long independent reading class at YDS with a total team of eight students, analyzing the experimental Compline and Communion Service, providing a 71 page final consultation report requested by the rector with detailed recommendations about how the service could be changed to grow the service.
  • Second year advanced internship project will create -- along with the clergy, staff, and interested families at CCG -- a new Rite 3 "emerging church" family service to attract and to serve new congregants to grow the church.
  • Created and led a local mission trip for families to leave Greenwich and serve together as a family in a soup kitchen in New Haven, CT.

  • Co-Founder and Executive Director of the Broadmoor Development Corporation (2006-2010), a non-profit community development corporation established in New Orleans post-Katrina to help the Broadmoor neighborhood (7000 people and 2300 buildings) recover from over 6’ of flood water throughout the whole neighborhood; achieved success through public-private partnerships, raising over $30,000,000 to recover 80% of the neighborhood by the 5th anniversary of the storm, starting a public charter school, rebuilding the local public library, and more.
  • Co-founder and Executive Committee Member of Annunciation Mission (2006-2010), a non-profit created to house, feed, and connect out-of-state volunteers with Broadmoorians and with New Orleaneans in need of rebuilding help; over 12,367 volunters have used AM since 2006 to rebuild over 109 homes and to provide over $7,321,264 in free labor to needy residents.
  • Founder and CEO of FAST Property Solutions, Inc. (2002-2005), my own construction company that renovated over 40 housing units.
