  • Assisted in planning, organizing, and leading a mission trip for 15 high school students to the Dominican Republic. The main project was to construct, with Dominican contractors, one to two hundred feet of a concrete wall around the fruit orchard of a retreat center. The orchard had become a residential area for seedy elements and the retreat staff was concerned for the safety of children who stayed in the retreat center. We also helped lead Vacation Bible School for a local church.
